I was finally given access to the system this morning. So I started helping S do some work. It is basically very easy stuff to do. Just some thorough checking required. I was supposed to help her out for 3 hours everyday but I finished the stuff in 1.5 hours. She had no other work to let me do in the meantime so I went back to my lab to continue doing my own stuff.
It was later in the day when I heard from S that the temporary staff that they are hiring will be coming in tomorrow. I was like "Then what about me?" She said that I may need to help her guide the temp staff about what I helped S to do today because she will be in a meeting for the whole day tomorrow.
Looks like this work for me will end soon... Really soon... :D
