Pink Ribbon Run...

I went for the Pink Ribbon Run with my bf's friend this morning. It had many many months since I last jogged so obviously I was not in great form today. It ended up becoming Pink Ribbon Run and walk for me instead. :P

I seriously think I need to start to do some work out. Been getting too fat and my excuse for not having time to work out is because of my hectic schedule due to school. Now that I have just finished my last lesson and is waiting for my exams to come, I should be able to find sometime to do some workout ba... I really need to do something about my weight.. Sigh...

Some tips:

1. The amount of calories you burnt must be greater than the amount of calories you take, otherwise no effect.

One tip is to go gym and run the treadmill or cycle.

The 'machine' can give you an estimated calories you have burnt. Estimation only.

2. Is you resting heartbeat normal?

The lower, the better.

3. Eat more fruits in the morning, empty stomach. Ok, I know this is hard to follow, so it is up to you.

This has nothing to do with weight loss but it is more for efficient digestion and energy for you.

For me, my diet is about 75 percent vegetables and fruits and 25 percent meat.

Honestly speaking, I believe we are all herbivores in the early days.

Think about the food chain.

If I can eat the sun, I will:)
