Mumbo OLIP

I joined the OLIP as a helper over the weekend. Camp Mumbo seems like something that is so long ago. I remembered I had loads of fun with the people there. So it is always fun to go back and help out once in a while.

With them, we can be our crazest self and come up with all sorts of crazest stuff to play. There's almost no boundaries with what we can play and the people there will be on enough to play whatever we come up with.

We were recounting the different OLIPs that we had throughout the years..
2003 - 十字路口
2004 - Hitchhiking over the night (This year is damn fun)
2005 - Warfare in Pulau Ubin (joined as a helper)
2006 - Activities in School
2007 - Solo walk in Brown Cementry (joined as a helper)
2008 - Some video thingy (Never participate)
2009 - Hitch hiking in Amazing Race Style + Solo Walk in Brown Cementry (joined as a helper)

I didn't even realise that I joined Camp Mumbo for so many years... I wonder how long more will I still join...

Results are out!

I got back my exams results yesterday. Did not do as well as last semester but at least I managed to pass all my modules. Especially one particular module that I was super not confident in. Phew~!

The sad news is that some of my classmates failed one module and one of them is my closest classmate. This means we won't be able to graduate at the same time anymore. :( No choice lah... Nobody wish to see this happen too. I better study harder for next semester...

Acupuncture

My heel has been giving me pain for quite sometime already. So I decided to try out acupuncture and see if it will help... It's alright except it's damn painful when the physician poke that needle into THAT painful point...

Half Gone...

November is passing by so quickly that it seemed yesterday when I just finished my last paper. Probably because I am so busy with organising my team building, work, meet ups with loads of old friends...

My results of the exams will be released soon. Nothing that I am looking forward to because I don't expect myself to do well for it even though my grades for my projects were quite good. I think my paper will definitely pull my overall grades down. Sometimes I think it is very silly for my to give up the chance of getting good grades just because I am not those 死背书 kind of person. Or rather it is because I am plain lazy to study lah... :P One word... "Lazy". I think I better study harder for my next sem...

Looking good in front of the Boss? I'm not so sure...

I am currently organising a team building event for my department. The event is scheduled sometime in mid November so we had a briefing for everyone this afternoon to make sure everyone are ok with the activities.

The briefing had ended when suddenly W started making a pt to the others about safety. Nope, it's not wrong to talk about safety. In fact, talking about safety in my company is good because my company is always very concern about safety. I was quite taken aback when I heard him talking about the safety thing because it's really weird. You see, the problem is, it doesn't sound like the things he should talk about because my director and K, both higher position than W, did not say anything because K who is organising the event with me, had JUST made the point about things to look out for, safety being the priority and etc during the briefing. It became very 抢台词 kind of situation. Very weird... Then for a moment, I started thinking myself, am I the organiser or is he the organiser? Very weird feeling lah...

I thought it's me only... Until tea break came and the ladies were all talking about it. So I am not alone in this... The ladies said it is all because he wants to look good in front of his bosses, not knowing how stupid he looks in front of us... faint lor...

Freedom~!

Exams are finally over~! WooHoo~! Freedom is finally here... for 2 months...

Activities that I had / will be doing are:
- KTV with my classmates (done)
- Halloween with Poly gfs (done)
- Mahjong (done and will probably be doing more of it :P)
- Catch up with friends whom I promised to meet up many months ago...
- BBQ with U classmates
- Shopping!

I totally don't look forward to starting my school term again... But in the meantime... It's time to party~!

I just finished one paper yesterday. Honestly speaking, the paper would have been quite tough if the questions were not so similar to one of our past year paper... If not, I think I will probably die for that paper...

I don't ask for much, only a pass... I think I can do it. I am a Good Smoking Ninja... haha...
